The site is in the middle of a forest which is a natural preservation area near Nayan Beach at the north west coastline of the Phuket, close to Phuket International airport. The existing settlement includes some buildings settled around a manmade lake that keeps some traditional properties of Thai architecture. These existing buildings includes some villas for accommodation, a hotel and club building.
