Wellville Retail Center is a shopping mall open to everybody. We propose a semi open space under a huge steel canopy reflects its structural character clearly.  We aimed to position the retail center as a gate to the residential and hospitality complex at the back of it. 

The architectural language carries an industrial look beside natural materials to reflect the main concept of the master plan which is proposing a healthy atmosphere for its residents. The building is a modular structure to create flexibility for future expansion or functional change of the retail units.
